Explanation of Halal Certification Service Fees
To ensure the professionalism, fairness, and transparency of the certification process, our fees strictly follow the following principles and composition structure:
1、 Main cost components
Our certification fee is a comprehensive evaluation based quotation, mainly based on the complexity of the certification project, the size of the enterprise, and geographical location. The cost usually consists of the following core components:
audit fee
Content: This is the core cost of certification work, covering the professional technical, time, and labor costs invested by Halal auditors in conducting on-site inspections and evaluations of your production facilities, process flows, raw material supply chains, hygiene management systems, etc.
Basis: Mainly calculated based on the expected number of auditor days (Man Day) required.
travel expenses
Content: The actual expenses incurred by auditors visiting your company's site usually include international/domestic airfare, local transportation, accommodation, and daily meal allowances that comply with regulations.
Principle: This section is based on actual expenses or estimated according to standard budgets, striving for economic rationality. All travel arrangements are based on ensuring the necessity and efficiency of the audit.
Document review and certificate fees
Content
Document review fee: The cost of conducting a detailed preliminary evaluation of the application forms, product formulas, Halal certificates for raw materials, factory floor plans, and other documents submitted by your company.
Certificate fee: including the issuance, production, and maintenance and management fees for Halal certificates during the certification period (such as one year).
Other possible expenses
Content: Depending on the specific situation, it may involve sample testing fees (if required to be sent to a designated laboratory), expedited service fees (if applicable), or annual supervision and audit fees (applicable to multi-year certificates).
Principle: Any additional fees will be fully communicated with your company in advance and will only be incurred after obtaining clear consent.
2、 Not affecting the principle of impartiality
We solemnly promise that the charging behavior will never harm the independence and impartiality of Halal certification:
No interest affiliation: Our auditors and certification decisions are not influenced by any commercial interests or payment of fees.
Standard consistency: All enterprises, regardless of size or cost, are strictly audited according to the same Halal standards.
Decision independence: The approval and rejection of certification results are entirely based on audit findings of compliance with Halal requirements, determined by an independent certification committee separate from the finance department.
3、 Principle of transparent charging
We always adhere to a transparent charging policy:
Detailed quotation: In the contract or quotation, we will provide as clear an estimate or calculation method for the above-mentioned cost components as possible.
Prior notice: We will inform you promptly and obtain your written confirmation before incurring any expenses that may exceed the initial budget (such as additional audit time due to the complexity of the factory exceeding expectations).
Cost explanation: You have the right to request us to provide a reasonable explanation for any part of the cost composition.
No hidden fees: We promise not to impose any mandatory fees beyond those agreed upon in the agreement.
